The Mod K19 oven door hinge is designed with an extension spring system and a long arm configuration to provide stable, balanced, and cost-efficient oven door movement.
This oven door hinge system is specifically developed for applications requiring full glass door designs, eliminating the need for glass cut-outs while improving aesthetics and reducing manufacturing costs.
Long Arm Hinge Design Advantage
In this design, the hinge is positioned inside the chassis, while the arm is directly mounted to the door.
The long arm oven door hinge configuration extends the lever arm, improving load distribution and contributing to stable and balanced door movement across different door weight applications.
Flexible Spring System & Force Adjustment
The system enables flexible force adjustment using the same spring configuration and supports fast adaptation to different applications.
The hinge system is based on a multi-combination tension spring structure with adjustable spring force, allowing the required torque characteristics to be achieved for different door weights.
This makes it a highly adaptable adjustable oven door hinge solution.
